1. Who we are and what these terms cover
MyBestClick is the trading brand operated by Bultopia Ltd., BG205309052, at 32 Yordan Nenov str., 4400 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bultopia Ltd. Use the enquiry form or protected email access on our Contact page, or telephone +359 885 644 339.
These terms cover www.mybestclick.net, its information, demonstrations and enquiry tools. The website introduces our advertising, publisher monetization and integration services. It does not itself create an account, accept a deposit, deliver advertising or execute an AI-agent payment.
Account services are provided through admin.mybestclick.net under the agreement applicable to your account, together with any accepted order, insertion order, integration schedule or data-processing arrangement. These website terms do not retrospectively amend those agreements. If a service agreement and general website information differ, the accepted service agreement governs that service, subject to mandatory law.
2. Business enquiries and account registration
The services are intended for business users with legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement. If you contact us on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to share its information and discuss the proposed work. Give accurate contact, website and business details and tell us if material information changes.
Sending an enquiry, preparing an email draft or clicking a registration link is not an order, campaign approval or promise of inventory. Registration, account review, commercial acceptance, funding and technical activation are separate steps. Do not start sending traffic on the assumption that an enquiry alone authorizes it.
Keep passwords, API tokens, private wallet keys, payment-card information and unnecessary personal data out of the public contact form. We will identify an appropriate channel if additional information is needed. A form delivery confirmation means the email server accepted the message for delivery; it is not acceptance of a commercial proposal.
3. Product descriptions, demonstrations and availability
Our product pages describe the enabled MyBestClick service families, including website placements, self-service advertising, header bidding, OpenRTB, XML/JSON feeds, search, video, performance offers, push subscribers and supported AI connections. The formats, inventory, territories, controls and integrations available to a particular account depend on the agreed setup and eligibility.
Animations, sample creatives, workflows and calculation examples explain how a service can work. They are not a live account, a record of an actual campaign or a quotation. Forecasts and examples do not guarantee traffic volumes, fill rates, earnings, conversions, return on investment or search visibility.
Confirm the required format, market, technical compatibility, counted event and commercial terms before committing a budget or integrating a traffic source. A description of worldwide or multi-format coverage does not promise unlimited supply in every combination of country, device and format.
4. Advertiser and publisher responsibilities
Before an advertising relationship starts, advertisers must have the rights needed for the offer, creative, trademarks and destination they submit. Product claims, prices and landing-page content must be accurate and lawful for the target audience. Required licenses, disclosures and permissions must be in place for the proposed campaign.
Publishers and supply partners must be entitled to monetize the submitted website, application, content or traffic source. Describe the source and placement accurately, use only the agreed integration and provide the privacy information and permissions required for the technologies used on your property. Browser notification permission and consent for other data processing are separate requirements.
Requests, bid responses, impressions, clicks, conversions and accepted payable events are different measurements. Attribution windows, invalid-traffic review, reporting adjustments, reconciliation and any dispute deadlines are governed by the service agreement. A general marketing description does not change the billing event agreed for your account.
5. Payments, refunds and billing questions
Our Payments page sets out the published standard deposit and payout methods, method-specific minima and settlement schedule. Check the available method, currency, applicable fees, verification requirements and the terms for your account before a transaction. A minimum deposit or payout is not a guaranteed campaign result or an immediate withdrawal promise.
The public website does not collect payment credentials or move funds. Funding, earned balances, taxes, invoices, payment holds, adjustments, cancellation and refunds are handled under the applicable account agreement and payment-provider terms. An individually accepted commercial schedule takes precedence for that relationship.
For a billing discrepancy or refund request, use the Contact page’s billing/support form or protected email access with your account reference, transaction reference, relevant dates and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number, account password or wallet key. We will review the request under the applicable agreement and law. These website terms create no additional forfeiture, refund deadline or refund exclusion.
6. Lawful use and prohibited conduct
Do not use the website or its enquiry tools for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity. Prohibited conduct includes malware, phishing, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messages, attempts to obtain another person’s credentials, unauthorized access, interference with security measures or deliberate disruption of the service.
Do not submit material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, promotes illegal activity or exploits children. Do not misrepresent traffic origins, manufacture advertising events or conceal a destination or offer when proposing a commercial relationship. The account agreement and format-specific rules may contain further restrictions.
Ordinary search indexing and reasonable access to public pages remain subject to applicable law and published access rules. Automated access must respect technical limits and must not bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls. Publicly accessible information does not authorize access to private accounts or paid endpoints.
7. APIs, AI agents, x402 and MCP
The AI Agent Monetize pages describe possible service connections. Reading a page or interacting with an illustration does not authorize an agent, grant access to an account, subscribe you to a service or approve a blockchain or other payment.
Before live use, the relevant parties must agree which resources and operations are permitted, who controls the data, the spending and access limits, the counted event, payment arrangements and responsibility for the connected software. Use only access credentials and content you are entitled to use, and protect them against unauthorized disclosure.
x402 paid requests and MCP platform communication serve different purposes; access to one does not automatically provide the other. Third-party agents and tools may process data under their own terms. The accepted integration agreement determines service responsibilities and any suspension or termination rights.
8. Website content and intellectual property
The MyBestClick name, logo and original text, designs, illustrations and code are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and share links; quotation and other uses permitted by law remain available.
Other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not imply that we endorse your business or that you represent MyBestClick without authorization. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your website, offer or creative to us; any license required for advertising belongs in the service agreement.
9. Privacy, cookies and external services
Our Privacy Notice explains how Bultopia handles visits and business enquiries. Our Cookies Policy explains optional measurement and marketing technologies. Agreeing to commercial terms, sending a message, closing a cookie notice or continuing to browse does not itself provide consent to optional tracking.
You can reject optional services and still read the website or contact us. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Links to the account portal, payment services, social networks and other external destinations take you to services with their own applicable notices and terms.
10. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care over the public website, but information can become outdated and access can be interrupted by maintenance, faults or events outside our reasonable control. Contact us to confirm a material specification or commercial detail before relying on it. We may correct content and restrict abusive access to protect the site and its users.
The website is provided for general business information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or accept liability for indirect business losses arising solely from reliance on illustrative content. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights where they apply.
11. Complaints, copyright and security reports
Send a website, advertising, copyright or security concern through our Contact page or the protected email address available there. Include the affected URL, approximate date and time, a description of the issue and information that helps us identify the content or event. For an intellectual-property claim, identify the work or right and explain your authority to raise the concern.
Share only what is necessary. Do not exploit a vulnerability, send passwords or include unrelated personal data. We may request clarification and refer an account or payment issue to the team handling that relationship. Reporting a concern does not limit your right to seek a statutory remedy or contact a competent authority.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
The date at the top identifies this version. We may revise these website terms as the site changes; an update does not retrospectively replace an accepted service agreement. Changes to personal-data processing are explained in the Privacy Notice, and consent is requested where required rather than inferred from continued browsing.
Bulgarian law governs these website terms, subject to overriding mandatory law. Any dispute is subject to the courts competent under the applicable jurisdiction rules; this clause does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
